Cargill was seeking an e-commerce solution to sell Truvia products direct to consumer to offer unique products, gain first party consumer data and increase customer brand loyalty.
PMC developed and supported the Truvia Sweet Somethings Shop via web development, and continues with ongoing kitting, inventory management, order fulfillment, customer service, Amazon returns, and collection and management of customer data.
